problems related on the ALS implementation in the Phil.

In consonance with the blogs posted by bloggers in some blog sites, the ALS program is not known to the majority of Filipinos. Queries such as what the problem is all about, how can I avail of the program and where can I avail of the program blatantly show that the program is like a closet program despite its years of existence. Further, concerned personnel of the ALS seemingly did not bother to conduct an all out campaign to make the program known to the majority of the Filipinos. 
Relative to the fact that most Filipinos' lack of awareness in the ALS program, advertisements on TV and newspaper dailies should be done regularly while ALS personnel should conduct campaign on their level like house to house campaign.
